I should add that software becomes more robust over time, which means there will be a learning curve with each new release. I already said that a learning curve just takes time to pass, and isn't worth mentioning as a complaint. That's why they have guided tours.

As for the other issues, why would you be on Facebook if you weren't stalking your friends? Admit it, we are all here to stalk each other, and we enjoy it.

You made my point that most Facebook haters are merely resistant to change more than than the specific changes themselves when you said that the original Facebook was the best. I just don't see how that is possible. Certainly there must be something you like about the new Facebook.

You want my opinion- my feedback? Well then fine, here it is: First off, let me start by telling you WHY the people of Facebook get angry. We get angry because every change that this group of editors make makes it harder for us, the users of Facebook to navigate.

Now let me tell you where Facebook screwed things up: The previous Facebook layout was wonderful; it had a little map on the side of recently used applications, it showed you requests and invites, and you only saw people's status in the middle of the page. It was clean, and it was organized. Now, everything is in a jumble, and you can hardly tell what's going on. Every time the slightest change occurs with your friends, YOU get informed.

Now look, I really don't want to know about how Kathy commented on a photo on her ex-boyfriend's page. Had I wanted to know that, I would have been stalking her. Status is good to see, because it lets you know what your friends are doing, WITHOUT dragging you across their ENTIRE DAILY ROUTINE!

I really used to like Facebook, but now I'm just not sure of what I'm going to do. It's harder to use and I don't like it. I have though, provided you with specific reasons as to why I think it's bull crap, so there.

Whatever.

I have quite a few complaints on the design. The lack of borders looks messy. It all really seems like one big blob of content.

I agree. What's most important in my opinion is the fact that if they don't like facebook, they should stop using it. They always have the object of making a superior site :P Facebook is also basically free (obviously the adds can be counted by some as how we are paying though I don't know how effective most of them are), so there is a limit to how much we really should complain. Personally I am not a big fan of the new site but that is only because my computer skills are very very limited and it takes me longer than most to figure it out. lol.
