A lot of my friends spent the summer after graduation working for Vector. In Mississippi, we had never heard of such a thing, and we don't have an option to work at day camps or anything. We take whatever jobs we can get for the summer. I think it's somewhat naive to fall for the deal, after they tell you what it actually is, but still a lot of smart people I know wasted a LOT of time.
